Rowland Stewart was born in Fort Smith, Arkansas, where he lived until he graduated from Northside High School. He then moved on to college at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX. While there, he studied biology and philosophy and completed his education with Honors in the Liberal Arts in 3 years. He then moved to Little Rock, Arkansas, where he completed his Doctorate in Medicine at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. Following this, he completed his residency in Internal Medicine, also at UAMS. After medical training, he moved back to Fort Smith with his wife, Casey, who is a Pediatrician. He practices General Internal Medicine in Fort Smith, where he currently lives with his wife and two sons, Jackson and Benton. |
